Under no conditions will this website be responsible for any loss or damage ensuing from anyone’s trust on information or other content posted or transmitted on or through this site. We offer this website on an “as is” source and no warranties is granted. We don’t warrant that your use of this website will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, no error, or will meet up your necessities.
Eligibility
jacki-articlewriter.blogspot.com reserves the rights to eliminate clients who violate these terms. Any client who violates these terms won’t be eligible for the reimbursement held within their Jacki-articlewriter.blogspot.com invoice.
Copyrights
All our work will be original and the copyright and publishing rights will revert to the client upon delivery of the completed article. We will cooperate with any client who wants to take legal action against copyright issues. This includes posting of pirated or third party articles that are claimed to be original.
Modifications
jacki-articlewriter.blogspot.com reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at anytime.
jacki-articlewriter.blogspot.com reserves the right to deny service to anyone. Content rewrites will be completed for no more than 2 total revisions. All articles shall be delivered to the client through the electronic mail address given during the order placement process. Upon the delivery of articles, all copyright is transferred to the client for complete lifetime possession. The client’s use of articles shall be his/her own wishes. No precise results are certain.
Cancellations:
Order may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing that same order through our website. To cancel an order, please notify us immediately through our website contact us form. However, the order cannot be cancelled if Article Writing has already been done.

After a sale is sent for deposit, any attempt to reimburse the cost of a Product to a Customer constitutes a Refund and shall be dealt with as set forth below.
Returns:
A return occurs when a Customer returns Products previously purchased from jacki-articlewriter.blogspot.com ("Return").
jacki-articlewriter.blogspot.com shall accept Returns of products and agree to provide Refunds for Customers who initiate a Return or a Bank Assisted Dispute, as defined below, that jacki-articlewriter.blogspot.com has approved, with the entity whose brand appears on the Card ("Card Association"), the Card issuing bank, or the depository bank.
Unless otherwise agreed upon with jacki-articlewriter.blogspot.com in advance, Return Policy shall clearly state that we will not reduce the amount of a Refund by the assessment of a "restocking fee" or a similar fee. Shipping charges are not applicable since all transactions will be done via electronic mail.
Refunds:
A refund is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a Product to a Customer regardless of the basis for the reimbursement ("Refund"). jacki-articlewriter.blogspot.com accomplishes the Refund by reversing the amount previously charged to the Customer's Card or account at the Card issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate Card or account at the Card issuing bank of Customer.
jacki-articlewriter.blogspot.com will only issue a Refund to the original funding source. For example, an order funded via Credit Card will be issued a Refund to the account for the Card that was used to fund the order. An order funded via PayPal will be issued a Refund to the original PayPal account. If the PayPal account is closed, the Customer should be referred to jacki-articlewriter.blogspot.com for assistance.
Unless otherwise agreed upon with jacki-articlewriter.blogspot.com in advance, Supplier will not reduce the amount of a Refund by any fees, such as “restocking fees.”
Supplier shall mark sales funded through Acculynk PIN-Debit as shipped at the jacki-articlewriter.blogspot.com Account Administration system within 30 days of the placement of that order. If Supplier fails to mark the Acculynk sales as shipped within this timeframe, jacki-articlewriter.blogspot.com will issue a Refund for the full amount of the sale back to the Customer’s Card on the 31st day.
Supplier’s Account will be debited by jacki-articlewriter.blogspot.com in an appropriate amount for all Refunds, regardless of the basis for the Refund.
In the event of a Return or Refund, Supplier agrees to indemnify and hold jacki-articlewriter.blogspot.com harmless from liability and, further, Supplier agrees to immediately pay jacki-articlewriter.blogspot.com an amount equal to all funds jacki-articlewriter.blogspot.com has paid to Customer on behalf of Supplier.
